Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Note that once an account moves to the Business plan, it becomes an organization account and can't be moved back down to an individual plan — talk to us if you need to change that.
How does the Business plan's seat limit work?
Business accounts support up to 100 users by default. Document usage is pooled across the whole organization rather than tracked per person, so your team shares one monthly allowance.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Business?
Every account starts on the Free plan with no credit card required, so you can try VectorSign's core signing workflow before deciding whether to upgrade.
What counts as a "document"?
Each envelope you create counts once against your monthly limit, regardless of how many signers or pages it contains.
How does API access work?
API credentials are issued per integration to Business and Enterprise organizations. An integration runs on its organization's plan, and the envelopes it sends count toward the organization's monthly allowance. Read the API docs, then request access.
What's included with Enterprise?
Enterprise is for organizations that need volume, onboarding, or support beyond the Business plan. Pricing and seat/document limits are tailored to your team — book time with sales to talk through your requirements.
