This Privacy Policy explains what information VectorSign ("VectorSign," "we," "us") collects when you use our electronic signature platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. VectorSign is a product operated by VectorViewer.

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and a hashed password.
Document content. Files you upload, generate, or send for signature, along with the recipients, fields, and signatures associated with them.
Signing forensics. To support the legal validity of e-signatures, we record the timestamp, IP address, and browser/device information associated with each view and signature event.
Usage data. Basic technical logs (e.g. request metadata) used for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
2. How we use information
- To operate the core signing workflow — creating, sending, tracking, and completing envelopes
- To generate the audit trail and Certificate of Completion for signed documents
- To send transactional email (signing requests, verification links, invites)
- To enforce plan limits and organization membership
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with the other parties to an envelope you send or are asked to sign (as necessary for the signing workflow itself); with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery) under contractual confidentiality obligations; or when required by law.
4. Data retention
We retain account and document data for as long as your account is active, and for a period afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Signed documents and their audit trails are retained to preserve their evidentiary value.
